Regionens Hus, Gothenburg

Regionens Hus is home to the Västra Götaland Council and forms part of the new wave of architectural expansion within the Swedish city of Göteborg.

Regionens Hus is comprised of two 5-storey buildings alongside a 15-storey tower set in landscaped grounds, housing approximately 1,300 council employees. Rimex Metals supplied approximately 1500sqm of our ColourTex® Rosy Gold Pagoda stainless steel finish in 1.5mm.

Whilst mainly being employed as a perforated sunscreen to the single-story restaurant, the material was also utilised internally to clad columns and walls as well as lift cars.
